School mission
The Kinderland School offers teaching and learning in the mother tongue German, using modern, interactive methods (working in pairs, teamwork, cooperation-collaboration, learning through direct experience and action, case studies, etc.), ensuring a high performance educational act, contributing to the formation of an autonomous and creative personality, educating children in the spirit of the values of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, human dignity and tolerance, free exchange of opinions, national and universal values.
We place a strong emphasis on developing practical and social skills as well as computer literacy;
We offer individual and group guidance, psychological counseling and extra-curricular activities, as well as a wide range of optional activities (science, music, sport, art): ballet, ballroom dancing, martial arts, computer science, fine arts, instrumental and percussion music, etc., to encourage the discovery and exploitation of native talents.
Mission according to objectives:
- Preparing children to a high level in German
- Teaching in the spirit of modern pedagogy: 12-15 children/class, pair work, team work, case studies, etc.
- The Kinderland project is: interethnic, intercultural, interdenominational, integrating gifted children and children with special needs.
- Helping children through merit scholarships; helping single-parent children through the "Help Kinderland Children" Foundation
- To discover through play themselves and the joy of being children.The time spent here is meant to be an incursion into the mythical world of childhood
The vision of Kinderland School is:
- To educate children through love, creativity, respect and responsibility so that they can develop harmoniously and integrate easily into secondary school.
- Ensuring the physical, mental and emotional well-being of children through educational activities, social and medical assistance, psychological and educational counseling, extracurricular activities.The whole educational process, formal and informal, is designed to meet the complex needs of children.

At Kinderland, we are dedicated to giving children a bright future through a solid education, which starts with learning German mother tongue and intensive English. These language skills not only open doors to international opportunities, but help children to become more flexible, adaptable and creative in an ever-changing world.
We are delighted to see our graduates putting this knowledge to good use in successful careers. Many of them have gone on to important positions in various fields, where the foreign languages and skills acquired at Kinderland give them a huge advantage. The fact that these children can communicate fluently in German as early as in the older grades, or that they have a solid grasp of the grammar of German, Romanian and English by the fourth grade is a source of pride for us and for their parents.
Education at Kinderland is more than just knowledge. Every child learns to take responsibility, work in a team and discover their passions. We prepare them not only for school but also for life, helping them to build a future in which they can pursue their profession with passion and continually develop.
