Few people know that "Mama Rody" got her name from Francesca, one of the first little girls in the group she loved from the very beginning. On September 16, 2002, when the ribbon was cut for the inauguration of the KINDERLAND Kindergarten, our colleague was already here, ready to dedicate her energy and her soul.

The years have passed, and Rodica has remained by my side, by my colleagues and, above all, by the children. Looking back, we remember every moment - hardships, joys and life lessons. She was always a trusted advisor for the younger staff, a support when needed, but also a professional role model.

Rodica not only educated the children entrusted by her parents, but also those of her colleagues. The respect and trust of her parents have made her a benchmark, recommended year after year to other children.

We've been through hard times together, including life's tough trials, like the spring of 2011. Although our story has not always been easy, Rodica has shown tremendous strength. Out of every challenge, out of every seemingly insignificant nothing, she managed to make something beautiful.

Her dedication to the children was and is impressive. She is a strong, supportive team player and a warm soul who has offered love and wisdom to both the little ones and her colleagues. Together we have learned to work through disappointments and build a community based on respect and honesty.

Rodica is the mirror of professional dedication, pedagogical mastery and tireless work. Her results with children have often exceeded the expectations of parents and colleagues. She is creative, selfless and hard-working and the list of her qualities seems endless.

We hope that her warm soul and dedication will remain undiminished, and that the memories of those years will someday be laid to rest for future generations of Kinderland.
