The KINDERLAND alternative learning system stimulates equal opportunities for children out of a desire to add value to preschool educational activities. Each child working in his own style and at his own pace, through the activity on centers of interest, obliges the "teacher" to turn his attention to the personal development of the individual in order to induce the child to communicate, to know and to know himself, to optimize his relationships with himself and with those around him. Thus, the relationships between teachers and children on the one hand, as well as between the children in the group or in the whole kindergarten collectivity, on the other hand, are democratized, the system becoming a launching pad towards a world of communication and adaptation, imposed by the challenges of the 21st century.

Those who enter a class at KINDERLAND feel that they have entered a young, cheerful and serene forest, where each child takes responsibility for his own actions and his own study and leaves with the tonic feeling of hope that the work and trust invested in these children are not in vain.

We do not claim that this system is "the best" but it represents a welcome alternative at this time of the 21st century, when new and new professions are being born and are emerging, in which personality and individual creativity must be promoted. THE 39 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE OF THE HEADMISTRESS IS AN ADDITIONAL ASSET FOR OUR RESULTS.

KINDERLAND kindergarten aims that during a cycle of education (4 years) to achieve both individual and "group" performance, because socialization, communication, team spirit are just some of our desires.

For all those who compete for education in this kindergarten, the principle that..."A child is a fire to be lit, not a pot in which you pour incessantly..."...is holy.

The kindergarten encourages reading and writing through special programs in each group.
The large group has a special program in German, Romanian and English.
By the time they graduate kindergarten, children know how to write the graphic signs that help to write letters, even letters, some can read and speak fluently in German, English, read and write in Romanian, have an understood value system, have already outlined a system of rules for life, want to learn more and more and are looking forward to becoming SCHOOL BOYS.
