Lilla Lingner - Teacher Model
If I were to paint a portrait of such a teacher, I might not be able to fully capture what defines him. Words, no matter how well they express what we feel, cannot accurately portray what it means to be a Model Teacher.
The KINDERLAND kindergarten opened its doors on September 16, 2002. In January 2003, Lilla, together with her two wonderful children (1.8 months and 3 years old), came to us from Germany. She not only looked after her own children, but became a true teacher-mother for all those he prepared year after year for school.
His dedication was and is remarkable. She openly learned from colleagues all that she found valuable, and in turn shared her experience and knowledge, whether through methodical activities, exchanges or pedagogical practice for graduates in Germany. Dozens of model activities bear her imprint. If we were to list all the events and projects she has been involved in, this space would not be enough.
Lilla has planned her whole life with Kinderland, finding a second family here. We have lived unique moments together - sometimes joyful, sometimes with soul-tripping challenges. But through mutual support, encouragement and forgiveness, we have been able to move forward stronger.
In our family we learned that destiny can throw unexpected trials in our path. But Lilla has always proved that education is done with the soul, because the soul is the source of all the good things in life.
We have formed a solid team, despite those who may have tried to tear us apart. We have succeeded through communication, collaboration and mutual respect. I firmly believe that it is not by chance that God brought us together. Put into everything we do, the heart has helped us to complete each other, like a true family.
